White-Label App Development

Launch an Entire Fleet of Branded Apps from One Codebase

White-Label App Development

One Codebase, Unlimited Brands

White-Label Mobile App Development

A white-label app is one product, sold many times — the same application, rebranded and republished for each of your partners, franchisees, or markets. The hard part isn't building one app. It's building one codebase that can become ten, fifty, or a hundred branded apps without your maintenance cost growing with every launch.

We design and build white-label platforms where each new branded app is a configuration, not a fork — so a single team ships and maintains the entire fleet.

Why Flutter Is the Best Choice for White-Label Apps

White-label is the use case Flutter was made for. Building a fleet of branded apps natively means maintaining two codebases (Swift and Kotlin) multiplied by every brand — an impossible maintenance burden. Flutter collapses that into one codebase, one team, every platform. It's the same foundation behind our Flutter app development work, scaled from one app to an entire fleet.

What Flutter Gives a White-Label Fleet

Single Source of Truth

iOS and Android for every brand built from one Dart codebase — no per-platform, per-brand divergence

Pixel-Perfect Theming

Flutter renders every pixel itself, so a brand theme applies identically across all devices and platforms

Native Performance

Compiled to native ARM code — every branded app feels first-class, not like a wrapper

One Fix, Whole Fleet

A bug fixed or a feature shipped once lands in every app on the next release

💡 Bottom Line: For a single app, Flutter is an excellent choice. For a fleet of white-label apps, it's the only choice that keeps maintenance sane — one codebase instead of (2 platforms × N brands) projects to keep in sync.

A Flexible Styling & Feature-Gating System

The core of a white-label platform is the configuration layer that turns one codebase into many distinct apps. We build a system where everything that defines a brand lives in configuration, separate from the code.

Flexible styling: Colors, typography, logos, app icons, splash screens, and light/dark brightness are all driven per brand. Non-technical managers set a brand's look and feel through an admin UI — no developer, no code change, no rebuild request.

Feature gating: Not every brand ships with the same capabilities. Our feature-flag system enables or disables functionality per app — premium brands unlock advanced modules, regional apps toggle market-specific features, and pilot brands get early access — all from configuration.

Configured Per Brand, Not Coded Per Brand

Theme & Branding

Colors, fonts, icons, splash, and brightness set per app

Feature Flags

Turn capabilities on or off for each brand independently

Store Identity

App name, bundle identifiers, and store metadata per listing

Payments & Integrations

Per-brand payment, API, and third-party configuration

Build & Deployment Automation

Fifteen apps means fifteen builds, fifteen signing setups, and fifteen store submissions for every release. Done by hand, that's where white-label projects collapse. We automate the entire build-and-release pipeline so shipping the whole fleet is a single, repeatable operation.

We use Fastlane — the industry-standard mobile automation toolchain — to handle signing and provisioning, build and sign iOS and Android binaries, and submit each app to the App Store and Google Play with its metadata and screenshots. The native build configuration each brand needs — application IDs, bundle identifiers, version numbers, signing, icons — is generated automatically from the brand's config, so no per-app settings are ever edited by hand.

Automated From Form to Store

Per-Brand Native Config

Android & iOS build settings generated from configuration, never hand-edited

Signed Builds

Automated signing and provisioning across the whole fleet

Store Submission

Fastlane uploads binaries, metadata, and screenshots to both stores

Repeatable Releases

Every new brand inherits the same battle-tested deploy path

Web-Based Admin UI

The system is operated through a web-based admin UI we build with Nuxt. It's where a manager creates a new branded app — entering the brand name, uploading assets, choosing the theme and brightness, selecting which features are enabled, and filling in store metadata. Submitting the form generates the brand's configuration and kicks off the automated build pipeline.

The result: launching a new branded app becomes a self-service action for non-technical staff, not an engineering ticket. The business scales the number of published apps without scaling the size of the engineering team.

Publishing Models: Your Accounts, Your Choice

How your apps appear in the stores is a strategic decision, and we support whichever model fits your business:

Publishing Model
Single Developer Account
Per-App Account
Flexible / MixedMost Common
Store Presence
All apps under your account
Each brand on its own account
Mix per brand as needed
Brand Separation
Apps tied to one publisher
Full per-brand separation
Separate where it matters
Setup Overhead
Lowest — one account
Highest — account per app
Balanced
Best For
One company, many sub-brands
Independent partner brands
Growing partner networks

Not Sure Which Model?

The pipeline supports all three, and you can change your mind later — apps can be published under a single developer account, a dedicated account per app, or any flexible mix. We'll help you choose based on brand independence, partner agreements, and store policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about white-label app development

A white-label app is a single application that can be rebranded and republished as many separate, independently branded apps. Each one has its own name, logo, colors, and store listing, but they all run on the same shared codebase — so you build and maintain one product while shipping many branded apps.
